Shipping:

• We aim to ship within 5 to 10 working days of acceptance of order. However, please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive your merchandise. To initiate a delivery enquiry please send your e-mail to us.
• We use Fed. Ex and US Postal. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item. Flat rate is applied on some of the items.
• Once you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to change the delivery address, in case if you like to send it to someone else.
• We always use a shipping method with insurance and tracking to provide better service.

Return Policy:

• We inspect your shipment very carefully before shipping, to ensure your satisfaction.
• Please contact us within 3 days of the date of receipt of your delivery for a return approval for replacement. No return will be accepted without prior Authorization.
• The item must be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must not be damaged and must be in unused and or unworn condition (in dance items, clothing accessories…etc).
• Use a shipping method with insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on any returned item.
• We will ship the replaced product at our expenses.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Once your item has been received and inspected, we will issue a store Credit on the item of your purchase price. If you decide not to exchange the item, your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after all conditions of the return policy have been met.
• To expedite a return Authorization, please provide; Customer #, Invoice # Order # and reason for return (replacement, return or damaged)
